Knowledge - real estate is not just my job, it's my life. I'm constantly keeping up with what's going on in the market, checking out new and sold listings and looking into new and upcoming developments.

Experience - not everything can be taught in a classroom or read in a book, somethings need to be learned through experience. As a top producing Realtor for several years I have gained that necessary experience.
